Meet Our Marketing Assistant!

Meet Duriba Khan, our new Marketing Assistant.

A Chicago native, Duriba has lived in Austin for fifteen years, and is a graduate of Austin Peace Academy High School.

Duriba is currently a freshman at the University of Texas at Austin, studying Advertising and Political Communication, pre-law.

Prior to working at CHA Law, Duriba worked at Kumon Tutoring Center, where she learned that she doesn’t enjoy toddlers sticking their fingers in her nose while she teaches them subtraction.

A proud American of half-Indian and half-Pakistani descent, Duriba is a writer for Brown Girl Magazine. Brown Girl is an online publication created by and for South Asian women who believe in the power of narratives to create a catalyst for change. In addition, she is a reporter at The Daily Texan podcast, a student-run podcast recapping each week in UT and related news. Duriba hopes that her passion for storytelling and communication will not only benefit CHA Law Group, but the world.

Duriba’s favorite muppet is Miss Piggy, who once declared “I don’t care what you think of me, unless you think I’m awesome, in which case you are right.”
