Texas LGBTQ+ Law
Austin-based family law attorney Christine Henry Andresen has represented LGBTQ+ clients in a variety of family law issues that arise from LGBTQ+ and queer relationships in Texas. Some of the common requests include a “partnership package” for committed couples, same-sex second-parent adoption, help with legal issues involved with a separation whether through collaborative gay divorce (or break-up) or a litigated separation, and transgender clients’ legal issues such as name change and legal gender correction.
